Measuring business performance through the systematic collection, consolidation, and analysis of relevant performance indicators. Steering and managing performance by promoting cross-functional data exchange, conducting root cause analyses, and developing well-founded recommendations for management decision‑making. Independently identifying, initiating, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives and projects to achieve performance targets. Transparently preparing and presenting performance indicators, as well as proactively introducing new ideas, working methods, and optimization approaches to management. Introducing and embedding the new integrated performance management process within the plant. Detailed short- and medium-term resource planning and precise calculation of headcount requirements for production down to the foreman level.

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft (BWL), Wirtschaftswissenschaften (mind. Bachelor) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

• Fundierte Berufserfahrung (mind. 3 Jahre) in den Bereichen Controlling, Finanzwesen, Produktionsplanung und -steuerung oder Prozessverbesserung; erste Erfahrung im Consulting ist von Vorteil

• Sichere Kenntnisse im Umgang mit modernen IT-Systemen, Datenbanken und Analysetools (z. B. Python, SQL, Google Workspace) sowie im Projektmanagement

• Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten, hohe Konflikt- und Überzeugungsfähigkeit sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen in der Zusammenarbeit auf allen Managementebenen

• Analytische Stärke, ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität und zielorientierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  

  Eckdaten zur Position

• Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit (35 Stunden/Woche bzw. 152,25 Std./Monat)

• Ziel-Eingruppierung: EG10H (Entgeltgruppe 10 Nordmetall / ERA Hamburg)

• Gehaltsspanne (Geschätztes Brutto-Jahresgehalt): ca. 78.000 € – 92.000 € pro Jahr (abhängig von individueller Berufserfahrung, Qualifikation und Zuschlagsstufen nach BAP/ERA-Standard)
