Responsibilities include: Managing the interface between the back office of the two non-European Final Assembly Lines (FAL China & US) and all Airbus internal departments, service providers (Logistics Service Providers), and the front offices of the logistics centers in Tianjin and the USA; continuously developing material flow processes towards FAL-Asia and FAL-USA to stabilize processes during the ramp-up of production; identifying, designing, and implementing measures to optimize and harmonize logistics processes for the sustainable reduction of logistics costs; participating in disruption management as well as the procurement and delivery process, including the determination of master data (origin data, prices, material properties, customs tariff numbers); and independently monitoring the return process of components and tools.
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium bzw. ein Studium im Bereich Supply Chain / Logistik (mindestens Meister-Qualifikation)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (über 2 Jahre) in der Disposition, Materialbeschaffung, im Lieferantenmanagement sowie in der operativen und strategischen Beschaffung im Supply-Chain-Umfeld
- Vertiefte Anwendungskenntnisse in SAP/R3 und Google Workspace sowie Grundkenntnisse im Prozessmanagement
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Fähigkeit zur schnellen Analyse technischer Zusammenhänge, selbstständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (Früh- und Spätschicht bis 20 Uhr) und zu weltweiten Dienstreisen (ca. 1x pro Jahr)
