Your responsibilities will include: analyzing and gaining a deep understanding of business processes and the underlying technical architecture; contributing to the development and implementation of line balancing solutions; developing, designing, and maintaining an end-to-end test strategy for complex software solutions to ensure quality and performance; conducting root cause analyses and identifying optimization potential; creating high-quality automated tests (unit tests, end-to-end tests) in accordance with best practices; monitoring and analyzing quality and performance metrics (e.g., MTTR, web app performance); and training, guiding, and providing technical support to development teams in implementing quality standards.

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Data Science (mindestens Bachelor) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

Mindestens 4 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT/Informationssysteme sowie in der Prozessverbesserung

Mindestens 3 Jahre praktische Erfahrung in der Testerstellung (Unit-Tests, Komponententests, API-Tests, E2E-Tests z. B. mit Cypress, Playwright, Bruno, Vitest)

Fundierte Kenntnisse in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML und SCSS/CSS sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Behavior Driven Development (BDD) und Frameworks wie Cucumber

Erfahrung mit CI/CD-Integration (bevorzugt Jenkins) für Continuous Testing, Docker-Containerisierung sowie Logging-Tools (z. B. Splunk, Kibana, OpenSearch) und KI-gestützten Tools
