Your responsibilities will include: analyzing and optimizing existing manufacturing processes to sustainably increase productivity and manufacturing quality; implementing and managing innovative manufacturing standards in the field of manufacturing engineering to ensure efficient processes; coordinating and conducting system and structural validations to guarantee the highest quality and safety standards; managing interfaces and coordinating between design, quality management, and manufacturing to prevent technical deviations; creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation, manufacturing instructions, and test plans for ongoing operations; and analyzing and resolving the root causes of manufacturing disruptions using structured problem-solving methods. Participation in and driving of lean management projects for the continuous development of manufacturing structures.
- Fundierte Qualifikation im Bereich Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik, Luftfahrtsystemtechnik oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung.
- Erfahrungsbasierte Expertise im Manufacturing Engineering sowie in der Validierung und Optimierung komplexer Produktionsprozesse.
- Routinierter Umgang mit moderner CAD-Software und gängigen Enterprise-Resource-Planning-Systemen zur präzisen Abbildung technischer Spezifikationen.
- Anwendungssichere Kenntnisse relevanter Qualitätsstandards sowie bewährter Methoden des Lean Managements zur kontinuierlichen Prozessverbesserung.
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise zur schnellen Durchdringung komplexer technischer Herausforderungen.
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit und ausgeprägter Teamgeist für die erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Projektteams.
- Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch für eine reibungslose Kommunikation in einem internationalen Arbeitsumfeld:
- Erforderlich: Abgeschlossene MTM-Ausbildung mit gültiger Blauer Karte (MTM-Base, MTM-UAS und MTM-Base-Praktiker).
