Your responsibilities will include planning and coordinating efficient manufacturing and assembly processes directly on the shop floor to ensure smooth operations in aircraft production. You will analyze and manage technical deviations within the framework of deviation management, as well as independently handling non-conformities, concessions, and outstanding tasks. You will optimize production processes by consistently applying proven methods such as Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen to continuously improve manufacturing efficiency. You will create and track precise work orders and technical documentation to clarify any open issues in the final assembly process. You will manage interfaces and communicate with stakeholders to ensure solution-oriented coordination of all manufacturing-related topics between the relevant departments. Ensuring quality standards in the area of manufacturing operations to fully comply with the demanding requirements of the aviation industry.
- Abgeschlossenes ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Praxiserprobte Expertise im produktionsnahen Umfeld der Flugzeugfertigung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Handhabung von Non-Conformities, Work Orders und Concessions
- Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Qualitätslogbüchern
- Fachwissen im Bereich technischer Leichtbaustrukturen und Verbundwerkstoffe
- Sprachkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau in Deutsch und Englisch
