For a world-leading consulting and service company with exciting major projects in the aviation sector, we are seeking a dedicated Production Engineer / Manufacturing Engineer (m/f/d) - Aircraft Management at the aviation hub of Hamburg. In this key interface role, you will ensure the smooth operation of aircraft assembly, resolve complex quality deviations directly on the product, and manage the continuous production flow in an international high-tech environment. Your responsibilities will include ensuring and controlling smooth production processes, as well as the efficient preparation and execution of individual manufacturing steps in aircraft assembly. You will analyze and address quality deviations (non-conformities) to sustainably resolve technical issues in the manufacturing process. You will create and track precise complaint reports, work orders, and production orders to maintain a continuous production flow. You will conduct technical evaluations of construction documents, work orders, and parts availability to quickly and effectively resolve deviations. You will also coordinate stakeholder communication at the interfaces between production, internal departments, and external partners. Structured follow-up of all open issues on the aircraft, taking into account high quality and deadline standards in the technical project environment.

Praxiserprobte Expertise im produktionsnahen Umfeld und in der Flugzeugherstellung sowie Vertrautheit mit komplexen Fertigungsabläufen.

Fundiertes Fachwissen im Management von Non-Conformities, Workorders und Concessions sowie im Umgang mit elektronischen Logbüchern (z. B. eQLBs).

Anwendungssichere Kenntnisse in der Beurteilung von Strukturbaugruppen aus Verbundwerkstoffen und der Arbeit mit technischen Bauunterlagen.

Erfahrung im technischen Projektmanagement zur zielorientierten Steuerung komplexer Arbeitspakete auch unter hoher Belastung.
