For a leading energy company, we are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Coach (m/f/d) on a temporary basis to optimize cross-team delivery processes and sustainably empower agile teams in the area of data and digital platforms. Key details: Flexible working: High degree of remote work possible. Work locations & travel: Locations in Hamburg, Würzburg, Essen, Dortmund or Hanover; Willingness to travel approximately once a month (2-3 days) for on-site events throughout Germany (from 2027 onwards, possibly occasionally within the EU). Management and moderation of cross-team planning, review, and synchronization formats. Creation of transparency regarding goals, dependencies, risks, and delivery progress. Structuring and prioritizing complex projects into deliverable, verifiable results. Optimization of workflow, predictability, and delivery capability using appropriate key performance indicators (KPIs). Coaching of teams and key roles in prioritization conflicts, delivery bottlenecks, and organizational challenges. Strengthening of collaboration between product, platform, and specialist teams. Support of data- and AI-driven initiatives from exploration to deployment in production.

Mindestens fünf Jahre Praxiserfahrung in komplexen agilen IT- oder Produktumfeldern inklusive der Koordination mehrerer Teams
