To strengthen their project team at the Erlangen location, we are seeking a strategically minded and assertive Risk Manager (m/f/d) on a temporary basis. Responsibilities include: managing and implementing risk and opportunity management in complex, international projects throughout the entire project execution process; identifying and thoroughly assessing risks and opportunities (high voltage/low voltage) early on, including defining effective action plans; transparently preparing and presenting project risks to support strategic decision-making; sustainably applying and embedding established risk management processes within the respective project teams; continuously balancing competitiveness, business opportunities, and financial risks; and consistently ensuring the complete auditability of all risk-relevant processes and project documentation.
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Universitätsstudium (Diplom/Master) im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Langjährige Praxiserfahrung im Projekt-, Risiko- und Prozessmanagement von internationalen Großprojekten (z. B. Turnkey-, EPC-Projekte oder Lösungsgeschäft)
- Nachweisbare Zertifizierung zum Senior Project Manager (z. B. IPMA Level B, PM@Siemens oder vergleichbarer Standard)
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zum schnellen Auf- und Ausbau eines starken, standortübergreifenden Netzwerks
- Exzellente Kommunikations-, Moderations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten gepaart mit hoher Entscheidungsfreude
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägtes Zeitmanagement, Eigeninitiative und starke Teamfähigkeit
