Production Technician (m/f/d) in Hennigsdorf

For our client, a leading international industrial company in the field of transportation technology and rail vehicle construction located in Hennigsdorf, we are immediately seeking a highly organized Production Technician (m/f/d). In this key role, you will directly manage on-site production processes and ensure smooth, on-time delivery. Your responsibilities will include: Order Management: Independent planning, control, and monitoring of complex manufacturing and production orders; SAP Data Maintenance: Reliable creation, maintenance and management of work plans, bills of materials, and master data in the ERP system (SAP); Material Planning: Ensuring seamless, on-time, and demand-driven material and production planning; Interface Coordination: Close and proactive collaboration with the production, purchasing, logistics, and engineering departments; Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) & Analysis: Detailed analysis of existing production processes, identification of improvement potential, and active support for process optimization in work preparation; Reporting: Continuous maintenance and evaluation of production-relevant key performance indicators and data.

• Qualifikation: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Techniker (w/m/d) oder ein entsprechendes technisches Studium.

• Praxiserfahrung: Mehrjährige, fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung (AV), Produktionsplanung oder Fertigungssteuerung, idealerweise im industriellen Umfeld.

• Systemkenntnisse: Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in ERP-Systemen, insbesondere in SAP (idealerweise in den Modulen PP und/oder MM), sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit MS Office.

• Arbeitsweise: Ein hohes technisches Verständnis, stark ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.

• Soft Skills: Teamgeist und starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten für die abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit direkt in der Fertigung.
