- Completed IT training, e.g. as an IT specialist
- Initial practical experience in first-level support or helpdesk
- Proficient use of SAP and a general understanding of IT processes
- Excellent German skills, both spoken and written.
- Independent, structured and meticulous work style
- Strong communication skills and teamwork skills
