Manager Digital Learning & Education (m/f/d) in Jena

To strengthen the team of our MedTech client in Jena, we are immediately seeking an ambitious and goal-oriented Manager of Digital Learning & Education (m/f/d). In this role, you will develop innovative learning concepts, particularly in the field of medical technology, establish digital learning structures, and ensure the sustainability and future viability of the training program. The position is initially a temporary contract through a staffing agency until June 30, 2027 (with the option to extend). Strategy & Concept: You will develop and implement future-proof learning strategies and modern training modules for digital and continuous learning. Learning Paths & Training Programs: You will establish and maintain comprehensive learning paths with a clear focus on different target groups and develop innovative training concepts, particularly in the field of medical technology. Brand Compliance & Quality: You will ensure a consistent, high-quality look and feel in accordance with the corporate identity for the entire curriculum. Project Management (End-to-End): You will assume full project responsibility for digital learning modules – from initial conception to international rollout – in close collaboration with the respective business sectors. Curriculum Optimization & Analytics: You will be responsible for monitoring and continuously improving course content (curricula), training quality, and learning paths, including creating and evaluating participant tests. Quality Commitment: You will ensure a consistently high-quality and target-group-oriented training program.

• Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen Betriebswirtschaftslehre (BWL), Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Kommunikationswissenschaften, Wirtschaftspädagogik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.

• Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige, einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer Training Manager-, L&D- oder E-Learning-Rolle, idealerweise in einem internationalen Konzern- oder Unternehmensumfeld im Bereich MedTech oder Live Sciences

• Projektmanagement: Exzellente und nachweisbare Projektmanagementkompetenz im digitalen Umfeld.

• Sprach- & Kommunikationskompetenz: Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, gute Verhandlungskompetenz sowie verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

• Prozessverständnis: Freude daran, komplexe Abläufe schnell zu durchdringen, zu analysieren und nachhaltig zu optimieren.

• Persönlichkeit: Ein hohes Maß an Begeisterungsfähigkeit, Initiative und Leidenschaft für moderne Bildungsmedien und kontinuierliches Lernen.
