- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung und Normenkenntnisse im Bereich des Qualitätsmanagements
- Eine Zusatzausbildung zum QM-Manager (m/w/d)
- Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse im Bereich von Fertigungstechniken und QM-Management-Tools (z. B. FMEA, Ishikawa, 8D-Reports, Kaizen)
- SAP- und Babtec-Kenntnisse sind wünschenswert
- Verhandlungs- und Durchsetzungsstärke sowie Methoden- und Moderationskompetenz
- Eine hohe Reisebereitschaft
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse, Französisch wünschenswert
