Legal Counsel (m/f/d) Claims & Contract Management in Kiel

For our client, a thyssenkrupp Group company in Kiel, we are currently seeking a Project Manager (m/f/d) for Claims and Contract Management. Responsibilities include advising the project management team on negotiation strategies, procedural models, and decision-making processes; creating internal decision-making templates for strategic concepts (e.g., risk assessment, scenario analysis); developing external negotiation documents; providing specialized advice in claims management; developing and documenting strategic concepts for enforcing claims against customers; supporting the project management team and the Senior Legal Counsel in the contractual safeguarding and evaluation of project-relevant events to ensure they are correctly reflected and documented within the project context; ensuring that all project-related events and developments are considered and contractually reflected in the underlying customer contracts; drafting and reviewing contractual correspondence (especially claims and response letters); conducting legal analyses of the overall context and identifying potential impacts on the contract, project progress, and risks; and working closely with the scheduling team to correctly classify events from a legal and chronological perspective. Providing advice and support in the background for project management and the Senior Legal Counsel, without any prominent external impact.

• Abgeschlossenes juristisches Studium (idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Vertrags- oder Bau-/Projektrecht).
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, insbesondere in juristischem Kontext.
• Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte präzise zu analysieren und schriftlich darzustellen.
• Erfahrung im Projektumfeld von Vorteil.
• Teilzeit ausreichend, mit flexibler Verfügbarkeit je nach Projektbedarf.
