Responsibilities include: processing incoming purchase requisitions and initiating purchasing processes; preparing and placing orders within the existing IT systems and processes; implementing order changes; maintaining delivery dates in the system and, if necessary, scheduling production materials; preparing for and conducting negotiations in accordance with release guidelines; supporting procurement performance management by documenting negotiation successes and maintaining the necessary data in a timely manner; creating statistics and analyses for strategic purchasing; conducting invoice audits and resolving price discrepancies in case of invoice blocks; analyzing deviations and ensuring effective receivables management; and coordinating with clusters regarding requirements specifications.
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Industriekaufmann
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP, LN, MS Office sowie anderen Tools zur Textverarbeitung
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Eigeninitiative sowie selbstständige Arbeitsweise
