In this key interface role, you will shape the future of highly complex defense systems and make a significant contribution to the timely and high-quality implementation of innovative key technologies. Your responsibilities will include the organization and operational execution of demanding development projects in the defense and security sector; interdisciplinary management of the project team, focusing on electrical engineering, hardware, and software development; creation of comprehensive specifications and detailed bills of quantities to ensure project objectives; precise specification and structuring of work packages based on overarching requirements specifications; preparation, moderation, and follow-up of technical design reviews throughout the entire product lifecycle; continuous capacity, schedule, and budget planning, including consistent project controlling; and management and coordination of system commissioning and final customer acceptance testing.
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, idealerweise Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige, nachweisbare Berufserfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer Entwicklungsprojekte im technischen Umfeld
- Fundierte Anwenderkenntnisse in MS-Office, SAP, DOORS sowie im professionellen Umgang mit modernen PDM-Systemen
- Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent, eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für die Arbeit im internationalen Projektkontext
- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen im Rahmen der Projektabwicklung
