Scrum Master Data & AI (m/f/d) in Köln

On behalf of our client, located in Cologne's modern Rheinauhafen district, we are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master (m/f/d) for a temporary staffing position. In this role, you will support and further develop agile development teams in the Data & AI sector. Together with your fellow Scrum Masters, you will elevate the collaboration across multiple Scrum and Kanban teams to the next level, creating an environment characterized by trust, openness, and a high degree of creative freedom. Through a combination of on-site work in the office and flexible remote work, you will foster genuine team spirit as well as efficient, modern workflows. • Gelebte Scrum-Master-Erfahrung: Fundierte Erfahrung in der Begleitung agiler Entwicklungsteams sowie ein sicheres Fundament in Scrum, agilen Prinzipien und moderner Teamarbeit.
• Erfahrung in dynamischen Umfeldern: Praxis in der Arbeit mit mehreren Scrum-Teams, idealerweise Erfahrung mit Skalierungsansätzen sowie die Fähigkeit, Struktur in komplexe Zusammenarbeitsmodelle zu bringen.
• Data-&-AI-Nähe: Bestenfalls erste Berührungspunkte mit Data-&-Analytics-Entwicklungseinheiten – idealerweise im Telekommunikationsumfeld.
• DevOps- & Teamverständnis: Sicherheit in der Organisation von DevOps-Teams, im Coaching sowie in der nachhaltigen Teamentwicklung.
