Our client, Airbus Defence and Space in 85077 Manching, is seeking a Facility and Project Manager for technical plant operations. Responsibilities include ensuring the legally compliant operation of properties, technical systems, and infrastructure. This includes compliance with operator obligations for office, production, and logistics facilities, as well as ensuring operational safety and plant availability. The role encompasses planning, coordination, and monitoring of legally mandated inspections of systems requiring monitoring, in accordance with legal requirements. Responsibilities also include operational, maintenance, and fault management, encompassing the recording, commissioning, and acceptance of work for buildings, hangars, roads, pathways, and technical systems (e.g., gates, cranes, roof systems, conveyor technology). Furthermore, the role involves operating and monitoring technical monitoring systems for the building structure (e.g., snow load systems, structural systems). The successful candidate will be responsible for the independent planning, execution, invoicing, and management of both internal and client-related projects, adhering to quality and safety standards. Finally, the role involves coordinating internal and external project managers, specialist planners, subcontractors, and departments during the project phase and subsequent operation. Preparation of required documentation, handover to the technical operations department, and creation of cost and schedule plans, status reports, and decision‑making documents. Acting as external contractor coordinator and providing support with the safety and health coordinator (SiGeKo) for facility management suppliers.

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Versorgungstechnik (mindestens Master/Diplom) oder eine Weiterbildung zum Meister bzw. Techniker mit entsprechend langjähriger Erfahrung im Bereich Versorgungstechnik.

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im technischen Anlagenbetrieb, Störungs- und Wartungsmanagement.

Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, in der Projektleitung oder Projektsteuerung sowie idealerweise Kenntnisse im Vergaberecht.

Erfahrung in der Fremdfirmen- und SIGEKO-Koordination ist wünschenswert.

Detaillierte Spezialkenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen.

Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie fortgeschrittene Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
