On behalf of our client – a rapidly growing, international consulting firm specializing in modern cloud and data platforms – we are seeking a Data Solution Architect (m/f/d) with a strong focus on Azure and Databricks. This position offers a 100% remote work model throughout Germany with a direct, permanent employment contract with our client. You can work from anywhere in Germany – a residence in a city like Munich is not required. Architecture & Solution Design: Conceptualization and architecture of scalable cloud data platforms based on Azure and Databricks (Lakehouse architecture). Pipeline & Ecosystem Engineering: Implementation of high-performance ETL/ELT data pipelines using Python, SQL, and PySpark, leveraging Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and Databricks workflows. MLOps & AI Integration: Development and integration of end-to-end processes for machine learning and MLOps structures using MLflow. Technical Leadership: Technical management of data engineering projects, professional guidance and mentoring of junior and mid-level data engineers. Customer Consulting & Pre-Sales: Advising customer stakeholders on solution finding, conducting technical workshops, and supporting proposal presentations. Governance & Performance: Ensuring data governance, security and quality standards, and continuous optimization of cloud costs.

Erfahrung: Fundierte Praxis in der Konzeption und dem Aufbau von Enterprise-Cloud-Datenplattformen im Azure-Umfeld.

Technische Exzellenz: Sehr gute Hands-on-Kenntnisse in Python, SQL, PySpark, Databricks, Delta Lake und MLOps-Tools (MLflow).
