We are currently seeking a Qualified Person for a pharmaceutical company in Munich. Responsible execution and documentation of batch reviews; handling complex customer inquiries of a technical nature regarding batch documentation and products and quality in general through direct customer contact; coordination of the implementation of new requirements concerning the release procedure in consultation with customers; evaluation and review of deviation and OOX reports, as well as technical support in the preparation of investigation reports; supervisory function for SAP data entry by administrative staff, including technical review and evaluation of the results and ensuring the four-eyes principle; creation, control, and updating of certificate templates for CoCs and ensuring their compliance with VAVs and Annex 16; creation of special certificates for approval purposes in cooperation with customers and technology transfer; allocation of incoming batch documentation to administrative staff for processing according to urgency.

- Abgeschlossenes natur- oder ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium, z. B. der Fachrichtung angewandte Pharmazie, Biologie oderLebensmitteltechnologie
- Berufserfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie wünschenswert
- Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute Englisch- und gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
