Your responsibilities will include: Support and administration of the entire server, client, and smartphone infrastructure; automated setup and deployment of new devices for employees; management and maintenance of user accounts in the Microsoft cloud and on-premises; analysis and resolution of technical issues in daily operations; development and implementation of scripts to automate recurring IT tasks; and ensuring system availability through proactive maintenance and monitoring.
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in Windows server administration and client support
- Safe handling of Active Directory and Azure AD
- Solid practical experience in automated software and client deployment
- Very good German skills (C1) and good English skills (B2)
- Knowledge of Mobile Device Management for iOS and Android is an advantage.
- Routine in process automation using PowerShell and virtualization with VMware
