We are currently seeking a qualified project manager for high-voltage overhead power lines on behalf of a client in the electrical industry in Nuremberg. In this position, you will be responsible for tasks including creating as-built drawings and scheduling machinery. Your satisfaction is our goal – trust in our expertise! Independent project management for demanding construction, renovation, and maintenance projects of high-voltage overhead power lines up to 400 kV. Economic management and execution of projects within budget, including cost responsibility for the entire project. Active support in cost calculation and preparation of quotations. Preparation of quantity surveys and execution of project invoicing. Selection and management of optimal assembly methods and subcontractor services in cooperation with the site management. Scheduling of materials, tools, machinery, and equipment for the construction sites. Competent customer support and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Responsibility for the timely and high-quality handover of construction work to the client. Management of a multi-person team.
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektgeschäft der Baubranche, idealerweise im Freileitungsbau
- Fundierte und praxiserprobte Kenntnisse im Vertragsrecht nach VOB und BGB
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, proaktive Arbeitsweise und starke Zielorientierung
- Klare, offene Kommunikationsweise und ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft im Tagespendelbereich
- Gültiger Führerschein der Klasse B
