Supporting the group leader and other managers with questions regarding quality and compliance; creating internal batch record reviews in consultation with the responsible product manager; creating risk-based assessments of produced batches; coordinating root cause analysis and corrective action tracking for deviations, involving all relevant interface partners; maintaining the internal release system (SAP-based) for the digital storage of all produced batches; creating SOPs, specification documents, and deviation reports in collaboration with relevant interface partners; coordinating, processing, and updating internal manufacturing instructions in collaboration with all relevant interface partners; ensuring the correct filing/archiving of records and documents in accordance with current regulations; creating and maintaining change requests (equipment) in the area and independently coordinating all necessary actions in accordance with applicable regulations; reviewing hygiene measures (hygiene plans) and following up on actions resulting from exceedances of monitoring limits.
- Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium, idealerweise als Master der FachrichtungChemie
- Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der pharmazeutischen oder chemischen Industrie
- Erfahrung in bzw. Verständnis für Abläufe in der Produktion und Qualitätskontrolle sowie von generellen Geschäftspraktiken innerhalb der regulierten, diagnostischen/pharmazeutischen Industrie
- Kenntnis der relevanten DIN ISO Normen (13485, 9001) sowie weiterer relevanten Regularien, z. b. GMP und IVDD, FDA QSReg
- Erfahrungin der Prozessanalyse, Qualifizierung und Validierung
- Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
