IT Technician (m/f/d) in Potsdam

To strengthen their team, we are looking for an IT Systems Technician (m/f/d) who does more than just process tickets: You analyze problems precisely, think across systems, and ensure that the IT infrastructure remains stable, efficient, and high-performing in 1st and 2nd level support. With your technical understanding and commitment to quality, you will continuously advance the existing system landscape. Your responsibilities will include: providing 1st and 2nd level support for our four locations; analyzing and resolving hardware and software problems; installing, configuring, and maintaining IT systems and end devices; managing user accounts and access rights; documenting support cases and IT processes; and supporting IT projects and further developing the system landscape.

• Completed training in the IT field (e.g., IT specialist for system integration) or comparable qualification
• Prior professional experience in IT support is desirable.
• Good knowledge of Windows environments and common hardware and software
• Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools is an advantage.
• SQL skills and ideally experience in the administration of ERP systems.
• Analytical thinking skills and a structured work approach
• Teamwork skills and a strong service and customer orientation
• Low willingness to travel (maximum once per month)
• Very good knowledge of German, Polish and ideally English.
