In this key position, you will lead a superbly equipped clinic and guide it back to a thriving 24/7 emergency and referral center. The primary focus of this vacancy is on business and personnel management. You will act as a mentor and strategist to sustainably stabilize and expand the clinic. Site Development: You will develop a clear vision for the clinic, restructure its operations, and establish a successful 24/7 service model. Team Leadership: You will be responsible for leading approximately 25–30 veterinarians and all clinical staff. In doing so, you will foster a climate of trust and stability. Management Activities, Culture & Processes: You will optimize internal processes and solidify a modern, dynamic team culture in which the group's values are actively practiced. Presence & Mentoring: As a leader, you are present on-site, foster junior staff, and support your team in their professional development. Economic Success: With considerable scope for shaping the future, you lead the clinic to operational and strategic success.
- Qualifikation:Abgeschlossenes Studium der Tiermedizin und deutsche Approbation.
- Erfahrung:Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung, verbunden mit fundierter Erfahrung in der Leitung größerer Teams oder einer Klinik/Praxis.
- Leadership-Fokus:Wir suchen einen „Leader First“. Ihre Stärke liegt in der Steuerung von Organisationen und der Motivation von Menschen. Ein hoher klinischer Eigenanteil ist nicht vorgesehen.
- Persönlichkeit:Sie überzeugen durch eine professionelle Ausstrahlung, hohe Eigenverantwortung und eine kunden- sowie teamorientierte Arbeitsweise.
- Sprachniveau:Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (mindestens C1-Niveau).
- Expertise:Ein Fachtierarzttitel ist vorteilhaft, jedoch ist Ihre Management-Kompetenz für diese Rolle ausschlaggebend.
