Quality Manager (m/f/d)

For a successful manufacturing company in Grimma, we are seeking a dedicated Quality Manager (m/f/d) or Quality Assurance Employee (m/f/d) for a full-time position, starting as soon as possible. In this role, you will ensure that products, processes, and procedures meet the highest quality standards and applicable norms. Your responsibilities will include: further developing and maintaining the quality management system; monitoring and optimizing quality-relevant processes; planning, conducting, and supporting internal and external audits; processing and analyzing complaints, deviations, and quality issues; deriving and tracking appropriate corrective and improvement measures; creating and maintaining quality documentation, test plans, and key performance indicators; supporting specialist departments with quality-related questions and collaborating with customers and suppliers; and participating in continuous improvement processes and quality projects.

• Technical training or studies, ideally in the field of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification

• Professional experience in quality management at a manufacturing company

• Good knowledge of common quality management methods and tools, as well as experience with standards and audits (ideally ISO 9001)

• Strong technical understanding, a structured and analytical way of working, as well as independent and solution-oriented action.

• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a confident demeanor
