Start: As soon as possible Working hours: Full-time (40 hours/week) Location: Waldkraiburg (hybrid work model with approx. 40% remote work / Contract type: Direct placement) Responsibilities: Independent system administration: Independent support and customization of the SAP HCM modules (PA, PT, PY, OM, Fiori, travel expenses) as well as the SAP SuccessFactors modules (EC, PMGM, LMS, REC, ONB) Process optimization & transformation: Conception, further development and optimisation of the company's internal HR IT landscape with a focus on the gradual expansion of SAP SuccessFactors Project management: Independent management and control of national and international SAP projects in the HR environment from conception to go-live Support & documentation: Provision of 2nd and 3rd level support, creation of technical system documentation as well as in-depth consulting and training of SAP key users
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, z. B. als Fachinformatiker für Anwendungsentwicklung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der selbstständigen Betreuung von SAP HCM sowie in der Anwendung von SAP SuccessFactors
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der eigenverantwortlichen Leitung von SAP-HR-Projekten sowie ein tiefgehendes Verständnis für HR-Prozesse
- Hohe Eigeninitiative, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und strukturierte Problemlösungskompetenz zur eigenständigen Abdeckung des Fachbereichs
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
