Your responsibilities will include: implementing and managing diverse projects in the field of technical facility management; creating quality, maintenance, inspection, and acceptance plans; supporting the planning and calculation of modular service concepts; conducting systematic weakness analyses of technical systems and developing and implementing measures within the continuous improvement process; developing innovative solutions and providing targeted client consultation, taking into account sustainability, energy efficiency, and renovation needs; serving as the primary contact person for clients and providing technical support to on-site service teams during maintenance, repairs, new construction, and renovations.
- Successfully completed studies in the field of building technology, facility management, building services engineering, technical building equipment or a comparable qualification
- practical professional experience in the service environment of technical facility management

- Solid user skills in handling common MS Office programs and an interest in modern software tools.
