Responsibilities include: maintenance, replacement, and new installation of hardware and software; implementation of new technologies, performance monitoring and analysis; maintenance and updating of all databases; development of guidelines and concepts for smooth system operation; and performing updates and backups.
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich, z. b. als Fachinformatiker bzw.IT-Systemelektroniker, oder Bachelorstudiumin Wirtschaftsinformatik oder System Engineering, alternativ eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Praktische Erfahrung im Anwendersupport und in der Systemadministration
- Gute Kenntnisse im MS-Windows-Server- und -Betriebssystem-Umfeld
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
