Responsibilities include: Customer consulting: Providing technical advice and support to customers regarding standard products and customized solutions; Quotation preparation: Creating and following up on quotations, including developing technical and economic alternatives; Feasibility studies: Reviewing special designs for technical feasibility and economic viability; Order clarification: Technical coordination and communication with customers, suppliers, and internal departments; Sales support: Assisting with scheduling, handling complaints, and responding to commercial inquiries; Data maintenance & process optimization: Maintaining customer master data, price lists, and contracts in the CRM system, as well as participating in digitalization projects and sales processes.
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder Meister (m/w/d) in den Bereichen Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik, Maschinenbau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Maschinenbau, der Elektrotechnik, Antriebstechnik oder einem vergleichbaren industriellen Umfeld
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im technischen Vertrieb, der technischen Kundenberatung oder dem Vertriebsinnendienst
- Sichere Anwendung von CRM-Systemen sowie versierter Umgang mit MS Office
- Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und hohe Kundenorientierung
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift von Vorteil
