A leading international high-tech company in the field of highly complex sensor and defense electronics is continuously expanding its manufacturing capacity. At its Ulm site, a highly specialized quality management team ensures that sophisticated products are manufactured and quality-assured in accordance with the strictest contractual, regulatory, and normative requirements. Responsibilities include conducting product releases and issuing certificates of conformity and other certifications (e.g., CoC, EASA Form 1, release for shipment). The team implements, monitors, and applies modern quality assurance methods (e.g., process FMEA, process audits, FAI, 8D methodology). They also coordinate error reports, provide practical problem-solving in production, and support the supply chain. Furthermore, they contribute to the qualification, compliance, and release of manufacturing processes, as well as the definition of company standards. Finally, they collect, create, and continuously optimize quality-related key performance indicators in close coordination with production management. Preparation and support of internal audits, customer audits, and acceptance procedures, as well as serving as the contact person for quality control authorities (e.g., ZtQ). Release of project-specific test equipment and systems, and execution of documented SOS inspections (safety, order, cleanliness). Advising and actively supporting production staff in implementing applicable quality and safety regulations.
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor/Master/Diplom) der Elektrotechnik, Nachrichtentechnik, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Fertigung und Montage elektronischer Baugruppen und Bauteile.
- Vertiefte Kenntnisse im Qualitätsmanagement (ISO EN 9100) sowie im Bereich luftfahrtrechtlicher Anforderungen.
- Fundierter Umgang mit ERP- und PLM-Systemen, insbesondere praktische Erfahrung mit dem SAP/QM-Modul.
- Versierte Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch.
- Ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und Freude an der Arbeit in interdisziplinären Projektteams.
- Selbstständige, systematische und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise.
- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen.
