To strengthen our development team for airborne platforms, we are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer (m/f/d) to oversee customized mission systems from conception and architecture to integration and certification. System Development: Contributing to the development of future-proof and competitive reconnaissance and jamming systems on aircraft for monitoring radar and radio communications. Concept Definition: Defining concepts and detailed technical solutions for highly complex, distributed mission systems. Requirements Management: Creating, defining, and validating system requirements as well as the interface and system architecture. System Design: Precisely specifying data flows and the power, cooling, and space requirements within the aircraft. Platform Integration: Designing the mission system for integration into the flying platform, taking into account all certification-relevant aspects. Supplier management: Technical evaluation and management of suppliers and technology partners. Verification & qualification: Active participation in concepts for the verification, qualification, and certification of systems. Shaping the future: Further development of development roadmaps and definition of future-oriented electronic warfare solutions.
- Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (mind. Bachelor) in Elektrotechnik, Informatik, Nachrichtentechnik, Physik, Mathematik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
- Plattformintegration: Langjährige Erfahrung in der Integration von Missionssystemen in fliegende Plattformen.
- Systems Engineering: Praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Systemsimulation und Modellbasiertes Systems Engineering (MBSE).
- Zertifizierungskenntnisse: Langjährige Erfahrung in der Verifikation, Qualifikation und Zertifizierung von Airborne Equipment.
- Fachwissen: Umfassende Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Electronic Warfare, Kommunikation und Radar.
- Denkweise: Ausgeprägte analytisch-konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie eine hochgradig systematische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
- Soft Skills: Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit kombiniert mit einer selbstständigen und eigenverantwortlichen Arbeitsweise.
- Sprachkompetenz: Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie versierte Englischkenntnisse.
