We\’re hiring a 360° Recruitment & Business Development Partner to represent
Gunia Consulting
in Switzerland. You\’ll own your industry/market with the backing of a local brand, a clean delivery infrastructure, and direct access to the founder.

The Opportunity

You will develop client relationships, sign retained or embedded mandates, and manage full searches end-to-end. We provide proposal templates, client decks, Loxo (CRM/ATS), and on-demand delivery support from our recruiting team when volume spikes. You\’ll work directly with the founder on positioning, pricing, and client strategy. This is a partnership, not employment: you run your book of business, we provide tools, credibility, and scalable support.

Your Tasks

  • Build and manage client relationships in your market.
  • Run end-to-end searches (intake → sourcing → interviews → offer → placement).
  • Engage and qualify candidates using Loxo and other channels.
  • Create targeted outreach and proposals that win mandates.
  • Coordinate delivery support when needed and maintain clean pipeline hygiene.

What We\’re Looking For

  • Proven recruitment experience, ideally in a 360° role.
  • A network or access to decision-makers (founders, PE/VC, senior HR).
  • Fluent English, plus German and/or French.
  • Commercial instinct, professional communication, reliable follow-through.
  • A long-term mindset and motivation to build a market.

Setup

  • Hybrid model:
    small monthly base (for active partners)
    + 50% of net fees per placement
    .
  • Full autonomy over your pipeline and clients.
  • Access to Loxo, pitch materials, and templates on day one, plus on-demand sourcing support.
