Key Responsibilities
- Assume overall responsibility for project success and coordinate all project-related activities for customer orders.
- Conduct market analyses and monitor competitor activities.
- Assess project feasibility in close collaboration with Sales and relevant departments.
- Support the Sales team in the preparation of quotations and proposals.
- Visit customers, trade fairs, and industry events.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal management teams.
- Independently decide on the prioritized allocation and utilization of project resources.
- Additional Responsibilities
- Take financial responsibility through the monitoring and control of project costs and profit margins.
- Manage the technical oversight, coordination, and execution of the entire project scope following order intake.
- Represent the company as a member of industry-specific standardization and regulatory committees.
Requirements
Your Profile
- Successfully completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field.
- Strong understanding of customer requirements, with at least
2 years of professional experience in a comparable role .
- Experience in product management and/or technical project management within an industrial environment.
- Project Management certification is desirable.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e. g., Waterfall, Agile, project scheduling) and tools such as
- MS Project or
Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) .
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for approximately
10% of working time .
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working approach.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions.
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong customer focus and a professional demeanor.
