The Global Head of Tax leads a globally distributed tax organization and drives the modernization of tax processes, systems, and controls to support a scalable, technology-enabled tax function. matters across the Group's global operations. /liliManage international tax planning, financing structures, holding structures, and cross-border transactions. /liliEnsure appropriate governance around permanent establishment, withholding tax, and corporate income tax matters. /liliMonitor and assess the impact of evolving international tax regulations, including OECD initiatives, BEPS, and Pillar Two. /li /ulpTransfer Pricing /pulliOwn the Group's transfer pricing framework and global transfer pricing strategy. /liliEnsure transfer pricing policies remain aligned with business operations and OECD guidelines. /liliOversee preparation and maintenance of Master Files, Local Files, country-by-country reporting, and benchmarking studies. /liliManage transfer pricing audits, disputes, and advance pricing arrangements where appropriate. /li /ulpIndirect Tax Customs /pulliOversee VAT, GST, sales tax, excise, customs duties, and other indirect taxes globally. /liliSupport business operations and trading activities by providing practical, commercially focused advice. /liliEnsure effective management of indirect tax risks arising from complex international trading flows. /liliDrive automation and process improvements in indirect tax determination and reporting. /li /ulpTax Accounting Reporting /pulliOversee income tax accounting and reporting under IFRS. /liliEnsure accurate and timely tax provisions, deferred tax calculations, effective tax rate analysis, and tax disclosures. /liliPartner with Controlling and Accounting teams on quarterly and annual reporting timely and accurate compliance with all filing and reporting obligations globally. /liliOversee management of tax audits, disputes, investigations, and regulatory reviews. /liliMaintain appropriate internal controls over tax processes and reporting. /li /ulpMA, Projects Business Advisory /pulliProvide tax structuring advice on acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, and investments. /liliSupport new business initiatives, trading strategies, and geographical expansion projects. /liliAdvise on tax implications of corporate finance, treasury, and financing transactions. /liliPartner with Legal and Finance teams to optimize business structures while maintaining compliance. /li /ulpTax Technology Transformation /pulliLead the digital transformation of the tax function. /liliDrive Finance, or related field. /liliProfessional tax qualification preferred (CTA, Swiss Tax Expert, CPA, ACA, equivalent). /lili15+ years of international tax experience. /liliSignificant experience within commodity trading, energy, shipping, financial services, or a similarly complex multinational environment. /liliPrior leadership responsibility for a global tax function. /liliStrong experience managing transfer pricing, corporate tax, indirect tax, and tax accounting matters. /liliDemonstrated success in leading tax transformation and technology initiatives. /liliDeep knowledge of IFRS tax
