ppJob Title: Junior Risk Officer /ppContract Type: Time Type: Full time /ph3Main Responsibilities /h3ulliManage daily production and reporting of PL, positions/exposures from trading system(s), PnL attribution /liliManage daily checks and trade integrity completeness between desks and trading system /liliBuild monitor in-house forward curves, check accuracy and consistency of forward curves vs market values /liliDaily pricing exposure reconciliation with trading and operations /liliIn collaboration with Risk apply reserving methodology to trading PL Month end and year end reconciliations and reporting /liliLiaise closely with IT, Trade Support team, Operations, Market Risk, Credit Risk, Central Finance, and Front Office. /liliResponsible for monthly translation into accounting of trading results /liliSupport in improving information sharing tools to enhance information flow to the traders. /liliPrepare various reports and analysis for publishing internally and to the Management Board as the case may be /liliBack up / support for other desk’s Risk officers as the case may be /liliETRM improvements flagging /li /ulh3Profile /h3ulliMinimum 1 year in a similar role in the commodity trading business, preferably within a major trading house, an oil major, investment bank or hedge fund /liliCurious and proactive, rigorous and meticulous /liliKnowledge of analytics tools and technologies. /liliGood knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Python /liliEagerness to learn /liliStrong entrepreneurial spirit, naturally curious and proactive /liliExcellent attention to detail; rigorous and meticulous /liliStrong interpersonal skills /liliHigh degree of accuracy and efficiency under set deadlines /liliFluent in English, both written and spoken, French is a plus /liliStrong communication and organizational skills /liliKnowledge of quantitative risk analysis is a plus /li /ulh3Company Culture /h3pOur people make all the difference in our success.
