Founded in 2020, Gunzilla Games is the independent AAA video game developer and publisher behind the free-to-play mobile game TECHNOCORE, the gamer-first blockchain GUNZ, and the upcoming next-gen battle royale Off The Grid, in three metropolitan locations: Frankfurt, Germany (HQ); Kyiv, Ukraine; and London, UK. The company is helmed by CEO Vlad Korolov and CSO Alexander Zoll. Gunzilla is built on the desire to innovate and push the limits of the games industry.

ABOUT THE JOB

Gunzilla Games is looking to recruit a Junior Performance Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team for our game OTG (Off The Grid), an all-new AAA Extraction Battle Royale shooter, currently available as Early Access on PlayStation5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in driving the growth for OTG. You’ll work closely with our marketing and analytics teams to develop and execute strategies that attract and retain high-quality players and drive revenue for the studio.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns to maximize player acquisition efforts.
  • Develop detailed creative briefs and collaborate closely with the Marketing Art team to enhance campaign creatives and generate new artwork.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and identify new opportunities to capitalize on.
  • Contribute to App Store Optimization (ASO) and assist in refining strategies for measuring true Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 1 year of experience in a performance marketing role, ideally within a gaming studio environment.
  • Relevant Courses in Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, Business, Data Analytics, or a similar field.
  • Strong analytical abilities and an aptitude for interpreting and acting on data insights.
  • Experience with keyword research, data mining, and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
  • A solid understanding of social media platforms and trends in digital advertising, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with statistical modeling and other applicable analytical techniques.
  • Knowledge of SQL or similar programming languages.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English.
  • A passion for gaming is essential.
