Your profile
• Completed commercial/ business training and /or university degree in a relevant field
• Practical experience in Sales
• Experience in project management and industry knowledge in the higher education sector
• Very good knowledge of German (min. C1) and English, written and spoken
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Experience with working with CRM systems such as Salesforce
• A high degree of initiative, organizational talent and empathy complete your profile

Your Responsibilities
We are looking for a new colleague to join our Sales Team in Hamburg or Berlin on a full-time basis /40 hour a week starting as soon as possible.
The opportunity:
As a Program Consultant, you support us in program development and are part of our Corporate Partnerships Structure. You coordinate all relevant processes, information and documentation and control the development of the study programs. You will work closely and across locations with academics, sales and other key stakeholders.
Key Activities & Responsibilities:
• Advice and support to prospective students
• Sales pipeline management
• Cooperation with Sales for the placement of dual candidates
• Conception and research activities for program development
• Administrative activities related to the dual study program
• Organization and implementation of information events
• Coordination of all relevant processes, information and documentation
• Research activities for program development
• Close cooperation and exchange with Sales, Academic Program Development, Marketing,Finance and Admissions departments
