Commercial Real Estate Manager (m/f/d) Wiesbaden

• Letting of apartments, garages and commercial properties as well as general property management including field service activities in the Mainz / Wiesbaden area
• Representation of GWH vis-à-vis tenants, prospective tenants, authorities, associations and other institutions, also spokesperson in the \“property team\“
• Sustainable economic development including financial planning and commitment to the interests of our tenants together with the technical real estate managers and the janitors on site
• Procurement and preparation of all documents and data required for letting and management
• Participation in the modernization of housing stock and responsibility for rent increases in price-free stock
• Participation in the supervision of trainees and dual students
• Tendering and awarding of management contracts (e.g. house cleaning, cleaning of outdoor facilities)
• Willingness to participate in projects, participation in tenant festivals / district festivals
• Successfully completed training in the real estate industry (e.g. as a real estate agent), additional further training as a real estate specialist, real estate economist or similar would be an advantage
• Experience in the letting and management of residential complexes
• Good MS Office skills, possibly initial SAP experience
• Excellent communication skills and persuasiveness as well as a results-oriented and independent way of working
• Enjoy working in a team and dealing with tenants
