  • Monitor warehouse operations and workflow in real time.
  • Coordinate outbound, and internal material movements in alignment with operations and transportation.
  • Prioritize workload and allocate resources according to operational needs.
  • Track performance indicators such as productivity, backlog, service level, and throughput.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and drive corrective actions.
  • Manage exceptions, escalations, and urgent customer requests.
  • Prepare operational reports and communicate status updates to management.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization projects.
  • What You'll Bring To GXO
  • 2 to 5+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or transportation operations.
  • Experience in a control tower, planning, or operations coordination role preferred.
  • Experience in coordinating teams is an advantage.
  • Technical Skills (Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)) and MS Office.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication in German (mandatory) and good English skills (is an advantage).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
