Process Engineer

What does your day look like in the role of our Project Manager:

1. Conducting improvement projects on various sites across Germany
2. Tracking of technological advances and ongoing analysis of their applicability
3. Monitoring of the operational situation and ongoing support
4. Raising productivity through implemented changes
5. Fostering a Lean Manufacturing culture and applying the tools
6. Creation and supervision of technical documentation
7. Production and modification of technical drawings in AutoCAD
8. Creation of reports, presentations, and project calculations
9. Analysis and ongoing saving calculations of implemented changes
10. Management of optimization projects internally and in cooperation with external suppliers

What do you need to be successful?

1. Technical university degree
2. Solid background in logistics operations
3. Experience as a Process/Project Engineer of at least 2 years – do we need that since we’ve discussed Ops Supervisor can be potentially a match?
4. Fluency in German and advanced level of English
5. Knowledge of AutoCAD and Lean tools are nice to have
6. Ability to solve problems, evaluate, plan and organize work
7. Ability to work as part of a team and gain commitment
