who’s ready to own a market, lead a team, and build lasting client partnerships.
What’s the job about? As a Business Manager, you’re not just managing, you’re building. You’ll take full ownership of a business unit within our consulting structure. That means generating and managing client accounts, recruiting the right consultants, ensuring delivery and satisfaction, and contributing to the company’s visibility in your ecosystem.
This is a 360° role that touches on four strategic pillars:
Business Growth & Sales Leadership
Drive business development, manage key accounts, and ensure project success and profitability. You’ll be at the front line of opportunity: identifying, shaping, and closing new deals.
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Recruit and onboard consultants who bring value to your clients and match the culture of our company. You’ll lead the full recruitment lifecycle with the support of our sourcing team.
Consultant Management & People Development
Support and engage your consultants throughout their mission — from integration and follow-up to performance evaluations. You are their go-to person and career partner.
Market Visibility & Company Representation
Strengthen our presence through networking, events, and community engagement. You’ll help build not only your business — but also our brand.
What we’re looking for : We want someone with the mindset of a

people leader , and the experience of a
consulting professional :
3 to 6 years’ successful experience in consulting in Life Sciences is a must
Strong business development and client management skills
Excellent time and priority management — you can juggle multiple responsibilities without losing focus
Flexible, resilient, and result-oriented — you thrive in fast-moving, evolving environments
Track record in recruitment and team supervision
Entrepreneurial, structured, and performance-driven
Fluent in English and French and/or German
Team player with a collaborative mindset — you enjoy working closely with others to build something meaningful
Willing to travel across Switzerland
A “hunter” and “farmer” profile (polyvalent)
