About the job:
- Leads the insourcing efforts and supports process improvement activities
- Participates to new equipment acquisition efforts including user requirement specifications, machine selection, installation, validation, employee training, and other related equipment responsibilities as required.
- Participates in and leads cross-functional teams which may include, but are not limited to Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Quality Assurance, Finance, Product Development and other sites
- Liaise with vendors with regards to contracted products, tools & fixtures, and their manufacture
About you:
- You hold a Master’s in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related degree
- You have at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing and / or engineering environment
- You already worked in a regulated industry, such as Medical Device sector
- You possess a Six Sigma or a Lean Sigma certification
- You developed and implemented robust automated manufacturing equipment
- You have experience with packaging, Laser, and CNC processes and equipment
- You are fluent in French and English. Fluent in German is a big plus
