Procurement Data Specialist
to ensure the reliability of purchasing and supplier data that keeps production running. A key role at the interface between the Procurement, Quality, and Planning teams. Your responsibilities Ensure supplier data reliability in compliance with pharmaceutical requirements (GMP) Maintain Procurement Master Data in SAP, to support reliable Material Requirements Planning (MRP) calculations and Purchase Order creation Track and implement Vendor Change Notifications (VCN), in collaboration with the Quality teams Provide daily support to Operational Buyers on their activities Your profile Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent Fluent English and German (mandatory) Rigor, organizational skills, and an affinity for working in a structured environment (SAP, data) Strong interpersonal skills: you collaborate daily with multiple teams (Procurement, Quality, Planning) Prior experience in a pharmaceutical or industrial environment is a plus About us : Human-sized company with great colleagues from a large diversity of cultural and professional backgrounds We do care about our people, communicate openly and value feedback Work as a team where every member is valued and appreciated Opportunity to contribute to ambitious projects within an international and multicultural environment that fosters innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
