Since 2014 we deliver outstanding industry’s expertise and support to our clients in the complete range of product life cycle. /ppIn order to continue to successfully support our clients, we are currently looking for a bSenior Manager DSP /b. /ph3Your Mission /h3pIn this senior manufacturing leadership position, you will be responsible for the performance and operational activities of a bDownstream Processing (DSP) manufacturing unit /b within a biopharmaceutical environment. /ppYou will lead a multidisciplinary organization bringing together bProcess Engineers, Manufacturing Specialists, Shift Team Leads and Biotechnologists /b, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient manufacturing operations while meeting quality and delivery expectations. /ppAs part of the Manufacturing Leadership Team, you will combine bpeople leadership, DSP manufacturing expertise and operational excellence /b, while working closely with key functions across the organization. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliLead, coach and develop a multidisciplinary DSP manufacturing team, including responsibility for performance management, workforce planning, recruitment and talent development. /liliEnsure the safe, GMP-compliant and efficient execution of bDSP manufacturing operations and production campaigns /b, in line with quality and customer requirements. /liliTake ownership of operational performance within the DSP area, including KPIs, manufacturing issues, resource planning and delivery performance. /liliDrive bcontinuous improvement, process standardization and operational excellence /b across the manufacturing organization. /liliEnsure appropriate capacity, resource and training planning to maintain operational readiness and sustainable performance. /liliSupport the introduction and implementation of bnew technologies /b within manufacturing operations. /liliBuild strong collaboration with key interfaces including bMSAT, Production Support, Quality and USP Operations /b, ensuring effective communication and escalation management. /liliRepresent Manufacturing during bcustomer interactions, audits and regulatory inspections /b, supporting continuous inspection readiness. /liliMaintain appropriate technical and quality oversight, including contribution to bchange controls, risk assessments, workplace inspections and GMP documentation /b. /liliAct as the Manufacturing SME for bCAPEX and facility expansion projects /b, providing operational input into facility design, automation, commissioning, qualification and operational readiness. /liliContribute actively to the Manufacturing Leadership Team and promote a culture based on safety, accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement. /liliAct as deputy to the Head of Operations when required, ensuring leadership and decision-making continuity. /li /ulh3Your Background /h3ulliMSc or equivalent degree in bChemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Bioengineering /b, or a related scientific/engineering discipline. /lilib10+ years of experience in biotechnological manufacturing /b, for example within Bioprocess Engineering or Production Biotechnology. /liliStrong understanding of biopharmaceutical manufacturing operations and DSP environments. /liliDemonstrated experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams within a manufacturing organization. /liliAbility to manage operational performance against KPIs while balancing safety, quality, delivery and business priorities. /liliExperience working across multiple functions and building effective relationships with technical, quality and operational stakeholders. /liliStrong continuous improvement mindset with the ability to lead and support organizational and operational change. /liliCustomer-oriented approach and confidence representing Manufacturing with internal and external stakeholders. /liliStrong decision-making, communication and leadership capabilities in a complex manufacturing environment. /lilibProfessional proficiency in English and German. /b /li /ulh3About us: /h3pHuman-sized company with great colleagues from a large diversity of cultural and professional backgrounds /pulliWe do care about our people, communicate openly and value feedback /liliWork as a team where every member is valued and appreciated /liliOpportunity to contribute to ambitious projects within an international and multicultural environment that fosters innovation, collaboration, and professional growth. /liliContinuous learning and development opportunities via internal or external training and workshops /liliCompetitive salary package in line with industry practice together with exceptional employment benefits /li /ulpAt GXP Consulting Switzerland everyone contributes to our joint success and grows individually! /ppIf you also share the same passion and values, we will be glad to hear from you! /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
