Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of HR generalist experience and a proven track record of managing various HR functions effectively. This position will play a key role in driving HR initiatives and supporting the organizationâs overall growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the companyâs objectives and values.
- Lead the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling, in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and support to managers and employees to enhance performance and career development.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR and proactively recommend improvements to HR policies and practices.
- Handle HR-related inquiries and provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
Must have Skills:
- Must have experience of HR policy, employee engagement, and HR automation.
- Should have implemented at least one HRMS tool.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources Management or related field; Masterâs degree preferred.
- 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Proven leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Mode of Work:
Work from home. Shift timings: Candidates work in EST time zone. Std work timings are 5 PM to 1 AM or when the daylight-saving changes, then it would be 6 PM to 2 AM.
