Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of HR generalist experience and a proven track record of managing various HR functions effectively. This position will play a key role in driving HR initiatives and supporting the organization’s overall growth and success.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR policies and procedures.
  2. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s objectives and values.
  3. Lead the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  4. Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling, in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  5. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and support to managers and employees to enhance performance and career development.
  6. Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  7. Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  8. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR and proactively recommend improvements to HR policies and practices.
  9. Handle HR-related inquiries and provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.

Must have Skills:

  1. Must have experience of HR policy, employee engagement, and HR automation.
  2. Should have implemented at least one HRMS tool.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  2. 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
  3. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of the organization.
  5. Proven leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  6. Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

Mode of Work:

Work from home. Shift timings: Candidates work in EST time zone. Std work timings are 5 PM to 1 AM or when the daylight-saving changes, then it would be 6 PM to 2 AM.
