Overview
In this role you will drive growth for H.B. Fuller’s commercial roofing portfolio across the EIMEA region by identifying new opportunities and strengthening key customer relationships. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative adhesive solutions and expand market presence. You will manage complex accounts, lead proposals and negotiations, and forecast sales to meet targets. This position involves substantial travel and requires a proactive, strategic approach to market development with a clear impact on growth.

- Prospect, qualify, and build a robust sales pipeline
- Grow OEM and distributor accounts
- Execute blue-chip projects and new product launches
- Lead proposals, pricing, and negotiations
- Meet sales targets and forecast accurately
- Research market, leads, and competitors
- Partner with regional sales and technical teams
- Travel 30–50% across EIMEA; US as needed
