YOUR CHALLENGES

As Operations Manager, you bear the P&L responsibility for your warehouse customers and operations. You make your customers profitable by translating the strategic vision of the organization into a plan of action in which vision, commercial binding, organizational efficiency and people management are the guiding principles. This is how you achieve maximum return. This is a temporary assignment from October 2026 until June 2027, with the possibility of extension until December 2027.

What does this mean concretely?

• You organize and optimize the daily warehouse operations, with attention to planning, occupancy, productivity, quality, safety and customer agreements
• You closely monitor operational KPIs, returns and bottlenecks and take targeted actions to continuously improve processes, flows and working methods
• You ensure a clear structure on the floor and align people, resources and priorities so that the continuity of operations is ensured
• You will work closely with other departments such as IT, Finance, HR and Customer Service to resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently
• You build a strong relationship with existing customers by transparently monitoring daily operational performance and proactively discussing opportunities for improvement

YOUR TALENTS

• As Operations Manager, you are a born people manager and are committed to profitability, efficiency and customer retention
• You are an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in logistics. Your experience, knowledge and insights within a similar function are the perfect basis
• You have hands‑on experience working with or managing an automated production or warehouse line
• Experience in healthcare, semiconductors or another high‑value, sensitive‑products environment is a strong asset
• You can build a relationship of trust like no other, not only with internal stakeholders, but also with customers of international caliber
