- Acting as deputy to the Restaurant Manager in their absence
- Conducting shift briefings and team meetings
- Ensuring the smooth running of restaurant operations, including the preparation of daily accounts
- Ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction through excellent service and professional complaint handling
- Assisting with major events
- Supporting the recruitment, induction and training of new staff
- Optimising sales figures using key performance indicators and sales reports
- Assisting with budget preparation

- Completed training in the catering industry and several years’ experience in a similar role
- Ability to lead, motivate and guide staff
- Act as a role model in day‑to‑day operations
- Confident, charming and well‑presented manner
- Assertiveness combined with a team‑and service‑oriented approach
- A flexible, communicative personality with a strong focus on quality
- Ability to work as part of a team, independence and organisational skills
- Knowledge of Lightspeed, Aleno and Mirus would be an advantage
- Very good command of German and English; knowledge of other languages would be an advantage
