Introduction
As soon as possible, we are looking for a Head of Work Preparation (m/f/d) to strengthen our team at the Bremen site in full-time.
Your tasks:
- You are responsible for the expansion and management of the work preparation department.
- Together with your team, you will be responsible for the process planning and scheduling for the entire production with the production areas metal processing, milling shop, paint shop, screen and digital printing as well as advertising technology.
- You support our sales department in the calculation of our products.
- You will also be responsible for meeting production deadlines and internal communication.
- You analyze and optimize processes in the company and improve them sustainably.
- You will support the specialist departments in determining and introducing new machines and production technologies.
- You make individual make-or-buy decisions in collaboration with project stakeholders.
Your profile:
- Further training as a master craftsman or state-certified technician in the technical field, ideally as a sign and illuminated advertising manufacturer (m/f/d) or similar qualifications.
- Additional qualifications and several years of experience in the Administrative field.
- Several years of experience in creating production orders and in production planning.
- Good to very good (business fluent) written and spoken English skills.
- Several years of management experience in the management of larger organizations/productions.
- Key user experience with ERP systems, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
- Well-founded experience in process analysis and improvement.
- Experience in defining, implementing and tracking KPIs for the area of Production.
- Proven experience in the areas of: project management; CIP; store floor management; LEAN or Six Sigma.
