As the technological spin-off of Solar Impulse, the first electric airplane to fly around the world, the mission of H55 is to make aviation clean, safe, and affordable. H55 exists to accelerate this transition by building the certification‑grade energy platform that electric aviation needs to scale, delivering energy storage systems that are predictable, provably safe, and trusted by authorities, insurers, and OEMs. Because in aviation, innovation only matters when it can fly.

Your Role

As part of the production team, you will report initially to the Production manager.

Main responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical and electronic parts
• Inspect and test manufactured products & incoming goods
• Track manufacturing and inspection steps in the ERP
• Work according to internal documentation
• Maintain complete traceability in manufacturing
• Report unexpected events & findings and promote safety of flight
• Perform product Final Inspection
• Comply with internal safety guidelines
• Participate to the scale-up and growth of production activities (e.g. collaborative edition of Technical Instructions)

Your Profile

• Experience in a regulated environment is appreciated, but not mandatory
• Background in mechanics or electronics, a mix of both is a plus
• Comfortable following internal procedures while remaining open to change and continuous improvement
• Electrical / wiring knowledge is a plus
• Familiarity with machine, process, or maintenance environments is a plus
• Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt priorities as needed
• Genuine interest in working in the innovative field of electrical aviation
• Willingness to occasionally work at another company site if the need arises
• Good level of English; French is an asset
